Open Product Listings
Open your store dashboard and select Product Listings. You can also go directly to /account/store/this/drafts.
The table displays the products currently associated with the selected store.
Find the Product You Want to Update
Use the product table to locate the listing you want to manage. Review its current status, product information, pricing, and store availability.
- Confirm that you are managing the correct store.
- Check whether the product is still a draft or already published.
- Use the available filters or search controls when the store contains many products.
Edit the Product Listing
Open the product listing and update the available settings. The exact options may depend on the product and your store permissions.
- Change the listing title or product details.
- Review pricing and any product-level pricing override.
- Organize the product into the correct store collection.
- Confirm whether the listing should remain hidden, saved as a draft, or published.
Product-level pricing
A product-level pricing override takes precedence over the store’s default pricing method. Review overrides carefully before publishing the listing.
Save and Review Your Changes
Save the listing after making your updates. Return to the Product Listings table and confirm that the new information appears correctly.
When publishing a new listing, open the customer-facing store and verify the product title, image, pricing, options, and collection placement.
Finished
Your updated product listing is now ready to remain in draft or appear in the published store.
