Saved Designs

Save and revisit custom merchandise designs without ordering or publishing them. Continue editing artwork, colors, and personalization whenever you're ready.

What Are Saved Designs?

Saved Designs allows you to preserve custom product designs without immediately placing an order or publishing merchandise to your store. You can return to unfinished projects, make additional changes, and continue designing when you're ready.

Saved designs retain your work so you can revisit product customizations instead of recreating them from scratch. This is useful when preparing multiple designs, waiting for artwork or personalization details, or developing merchandise for a future launch.

Designs are created and edited through the Online Designer.

How Saved Designs Work

  1. Create Your Design: Select a product and customize it using the available templates, colors, logos, text, and other design tools.
  2. Save Your Progress: Save the design without completing checkout or publishing the product to your store.
  3. Return to Your Design: Access your saved work through the available design and draft management tools, including the Drafts section for store products.
  4. Continue Editing: Reopen the design to adjust artwork, colors, personalization, or other supported product options.
  5. Finalize Your Product: Review the completed design and proceed with ordering or preparing a product listing for publication.

Saving a design allows you to continue working later without treating the unfinished product as a completed order.

Saved Designs and Product Listing Drafts

Saved Designs and Product List Drafting support different parts of the product creation process.

Saved Designs

Saved Designs focuses on preserving your product customization work. Use it when you need to return to artwork, compare design ideas, or finish a product at a later time.

Product Listing Drafts

Product List Drafting focuses on preparing merchandise for your online store. Draft listings allow you to manage product names, descriptions, images, pricing, and other storefront details before publication.

A product design may be part of a draft listing, but saving the design does not automatically mean that the product is published or available for customers to purchase.

Common Uses for Saved Designs

Unfinished Design Projects

Save products while waiting for final logos, colors, roster details, or other customization information. Return to the design once those details are available.

Seasonal Merchandise Preparation

Prepare esports jerseys, tournament merchandise, and fan apparel ahead of their intended ordering or launch date.

Comparing Design Options

Explore different color combinations, artwork placements, and template layouts before settling on a final design. Use saved work to continue evaluating the available options.

Preparing Store Products

Complete merchandise designs in advance, then use your store management tools to prepare the corresponding listings and publish them when ready.

Finalizing a Saved Design

Before ordering or publishing a product based on a saved design, review its current customization details.

  • Confirm that the selected product and available options are correct.
  • Review logos, colors, text, and artwork placement.
  • Check names, numbers, and other personalization details when applicable.
  • Use Live Product Previews to inspect the design.
  • Review the product's pricing, quantities, and other purchasing or listing details before proceeding.

Saved Designs allows you to continue preparing merchandise over time, but the finished product should still be reviewed before checkout or store publication.
