By downloading the Visual Brand Kit of "EXCLAIM," hereinafter referred to as the "Brand Kit," you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Familiarization with Brand Guidelines: You acknowledge and agree to thoroughly review and familiarize yourself with the brand guidelines file included within the logo assets pack, hereinafter referred to as the "Brand Guidelines." It is your responsibility to carefully read and understand the contents of the Brand Guidelines before using any assets from the Brand Kit.

2. Compliance with Brand Guidelines: You agree to strictly adhere to and directly follow the instructions, specifications, and restrictions outlined in the Brand Guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of the logo, color palette, typography, and any other visual elements provided in the Brand Kit.

3. Non-Modification of Assets: You shall not alter, modify, or distort any assets contained within the Brand Kit unless explicitly permitted in the Brand Guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in color, shape, proportion, or any other aspect that deviates from the original design specifications.

4. Non-Transferability of Rights: The Brand Kit is made available to you solely for the purpose of representing or promoting the "EXCLAIM" business. You shall not transfer, sell, sublicense, or assign any rights, licenses, or permissions associated with the Brand Kit to any third party without prior written consent from "EXCLAIM."

5. Liability: "EXCLAIM" shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or legal consequences arising from your failure to comply with the Brand Guidelines or any unauthorized use or modification of the Brand Kit assets. You assume full responsibility for any such actions.

6. Intellectual Property Rights: The Brand Kit, including but not limited to the logo, color palette, typography, and all other assets, is the intellectual property of "EXCLAIM" and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by "EXCLAIM."
