Product Listings and Draft Management

Manage, preview, and publish every item in your store from one unified dashboard. The draft system lets you design first, refine later—without cluttering your storefront.

What Are Product Listings?

Product Listings are the individual designs and variants that make up your store’s catalog. Each one represents a sellable item you’ve created through the Online Designer or uploaded manually. Listings are managed directly inside your store dashboard under the Draft tab, allowing you to refine before you go live.

How Product Listings Work

Every item you create—via templates, manual upload, or from scratch—gets stored in your Drafts. From there, you can:

  • Edit the name, images, price, or design of any item
  • Organize listings by collection
  • Publish products to your live store instantly
  • Remove, duplicate, or repurpose listings at any time

You can draft as many listings as you want. Nothing appears on your store until you choose to publish it.

Benefits of Draft-Based Listings

  • Preview Before Publishing: Build and adjust your store privately before going public
  • Speed Without Risk: Move fast, test new ideas, and iterate with zero customer exposure
  • Visual Control: Use thumbnail images and mockups to dial in your product layout
  • Batch Management: Update or review dozens of items at once
  • Always Editable: Listings can be changed even after publishing

Use Cases for Product Listings

Team Stores with Rotating Drops

Build a seasonal or event-specific lineup without needing to start from scratch each time. Drafts let you prep ahead of time and drop all at once.

Creative Merch Rollouts

Artists and creators can maintain a growing library of products—testing visual combinations and activating new designs on demand.

Multi-Store Owners

Managing several stores? Copy listings between stores or maintain parallel catalogs with small customizations per audience.
