If something’s wrong with your order, we’ll make it right — plain and simple. We don’t outsource customer service or run you in circles. If we made a mistake, we’ll own it.

What’s Covered

If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund:

  • Wrong colors (doesn’t match design proof or logo swatch)
  • Misspelled names or incorrect numbers (if submitted correctly)
  • Wrong sizes sent (mismatch from confirmed order)
  • Wrong fonts or layout (different from your submitted design)
  • Apparel damage: unraveled seams, tears, or major stitching defects
  • Misprinted logo placement (significantly off-center or angled)

What’s Not Covered

We can’t accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizes ordered by customer (we follow standard sizing charts)
  • Subjective preferences like material softness or color brightness
  • Designs submitted with typos or errors already visible in the preview
  • Normal wear, washing damage, or rough usage
  • Small variations in print alignment (within acceptable tolerances)
  • Products not in time for a live event. We take great pride in achieving our estimated delivery deadlines; however, time frames are not guaranteed so please make sure you plan accordingly.
