What Is Store Setup?

Store Setup allows you to create and configure an online merchandise storefront directly from your account dashboard. You control your store's name, URL, branding, visibility, and other settings without needing technical experience or a separate website.

Each store has its own identity and configuration, making it possible to create storefronts for esports teams, gaming communities, and tournaments.

Once your store is created, you can add products, configure pricing, and publish listings when they are ready for customers.

Store Setup Options

The Store Settings panel provides the foundational controls for your storefront.

  • Store Name: Choose the name displayed to customers throughout your storefront.
  • Store URL: Assign a unique, shareable URL using a recognizable store slug.
  • Hero Banner: Upload a banner to represent your organization, brand, or campaign.
  • Store Type: Select the appropriate configuration for your store, such as Fundraising, Community, Team Buy, or Outfitting.
  • Visibility: Configure whether your storefront is public or unlisted.
  • Management Access: Control which authorized account users can manage your store and its settings.

Store settings can be revisited and updated after the initial setup, allowing your storefront to evolve as your needs change.

Store Visibility and Management Access

Store visibility determines how your storefront is presented and discovered, while account permissions determine who can manage its settings and content.

Public and Unlisted Stores

Public stores are intended for broader discovery and sharing. Unlisted stores are useful when you want to distribute the store URL directly to a specific audience rather than promote the storefront publicly.

Unlisted does not necessarily mean password-protected or restricted to approved customers. A separate access-control mechanism is required when purchases or viewing must be limited to authorized users.

Store Management Permissions

Use Team Access to assign user roles and permissions for store administration, product management, and other account responsibilities.

Adding Products and Launching Your Store

Creating a storefront establishes its settings and identity. The products available for purchase are managed separately through your store's product listings.

With Product Listings, you can prepare merchandise in Draft status, customize product details, review designs, and publish items when they are ready to sell.

You can also use Pricing Controls to configure storewide pricing rules, individual product prices, and potential earnings.

Completed product listings can be published directly through your store management tools without waiting for a separate manual publishing approval.
