Accounts Update
Since our rebrand, around this time last year, we've been working on a huge update to help esports directors, owners, and admins manage their outfitting needs and propel their organization's branding through merchandise as seamlessly and easily as we could imagine.
The Big Things
Personal vs Team Accounts are now differentiated. Accounts with a store will automatically become team accounts where you can immediately start inviting your admin team.
Team Onboarding is now possible with user Permissions & Roles. Add your graphic designers, store managers, order entry personnel, and treasurer to your account so that you can streamline your workflows and help maintain and sustain your merchandising with Exclaim.
Accounts are now the ‘owner’ of all assets, including; orders, logos, designs, stores, etc.
Users are now only an email address, password, and a set of permissions or roles.
Multiple Stores can now be created in a single account.
Permissions are granular and can be cherry picked for exactly what is needed per user.
Roles are an Exclaim defined set of permissions to perform a set of tasks. Be sure to check the granularity of each role for the specific user’s access.
Relationships can now scale. One user can have many accounts. One account can have many users. Accounts can own or have access to other accounts.
Switching accounts is done from the top right header or from your accounts management page.
New login flow with 1FA (2FA coming soon!).
Budgets are a new workflow for owners to grant a set budget to members. This can be used to grant staff or players a stipend with a set dollar amount and a replenish date. Purchases above the set amount will be paid by the individual, not the organization.
Approvals can be set on budgets to ensure your budgeted VIP are using their stipend as intended.
