If you created artwork outside the platform, upload your prepared file during customization. Make sure the artwork meets our sublimation file requirements before submitting it for production.
Once your design is ready, add the product to your cart and complete checkout. Sublimated products typically ship within 14–18 business days. Tracking information is provided as the order moves through production and shipping.
