Learn how to upload artwork, prepare your logo for embroidery, choose products, and complete your embroidery order.
Upload your logo through the Online Designer for digitizing or add it directly to an embroidery product. If your logo has not been prepared for embroidery yet, digitizing it first allows us to review the artwork and prepare it for future use on your account before you build a product mockup.
Match your logo colors to the available embroidery thread colors. Complex artwork may need to be simplified so it can be reproduced cleanly in stitches.
You can purchase digitizing by itself or proceed directly with an embroidery product if your logo is already ready for embroidery.
Once your design is ready, add the product to your cart and complete checkout. Embroidery orders generally ship within 10–17 business days depending on volume. Tracking updates are provided by email.
