Account Discount Program Update

Account Discount Program Update

We have updated Exclaim’s account discount program to make the levels easier to understand, provide more consistent savings across our catalog, and improve pricing on dye-sublimated products at more attainable business-volume thresholds.

Account discounts will continue to be applied automatically based on eligible account activity. Customers do not need to enter a coupon code or manually request the discount.

Simplified Discount Levels

We eliminated the previous Levels 1, 2, and 3 and renumbered the remaining levels accordingly.

Customers who previously qualified for a higher-numbered level have been moved down to the corresponding new level. This does not mean that their account lost progress or that their discount was reduced. It simply creates a shorter and clearer level structure.

For example, what was previously Level 4 is now Level 1, what was Level 5 is now Level 2, and each remaining level follows the same progression.

Published Stores Automatically Receive Level 1

Any account with at least one published store now automatically qualifies for Level 1 account pricing.

This gives active store customers immediate access to account-level savings without requiring them to first reach a separate entry-level business-volume threshold.

More Consistent Discounts

Previously, the value of an account discount could vary considerably depending on the product or service being purchased.

We have made the discount structure more consistent across eligible products and services. This makes each account level easier to understand and gives customers a clearer expectation of the savings associated with their current level.

As part of this rebalancing, discounts increased for some product categories and decreased for others.

Improved Dye-Sublimation Discounts

We added stronger discounts for our dye-sublimated products at a more attainable business-volume level.

Teams and organizations that place recurring uniform and apparel orders can now reach more meaningful dye-sublimation savings earlier in the account discount progression.

Store Promo Code Maximums Will Better Match Product Discounts

This update also improves how maximum store promo code discounts are calculated.

Previously, the maximum promo code discount was based on the highest discount available within an account’s level across any eligible product or service category. Because several account levels included aggressive discounts on design services, the displayed maximum could be significantly higher than the discount that made sense for the products sold through a store.

We have removed design services from the store promo code maximum calculation. The maximum will now be based on applicable product discounts rather than unrelated service discounts.

Because product discounts have also been smoothed out and made more consistent across categories, store promo code maximums should now align much more closely with the actual account discounts available on store merchandise.

Who Is Not Affected?

Accounts with contracted pricing or other specially assigned team discounts are not affected by this update.

Those accounts will continue to receive the pricing established for their specific team, organization, partnership, or agreement rather than the standard account discount schedule.

What Customers Need to Do

No action is required. Eligible accounts have been moved into the updated level structure automatically.

Your current account level and applicable pricing will appear while you are signed in. Accounts with a published store will automatically begin at Level 1, while continued eligible account activity can unlock higher levels over time.
