A reprint is used to correct a production issue with an existing order. It is intended to provide the product that was originally ordered, with the identified production issue corrected.
Because of this, a reprint otherwise retains the selections from the original order, including size, design, colors, names, numbers, personalization, and other customer-selected options.
A new order is required when the requested change is unrelated to the production issue being corrected.
If a jersey was printed with an incorrect logo placement, the logo placement can be corrected as part of the reprint. The size cannot also be changed from Medium to Small.
If a player's name was produced incorrectly, the name can be corrected. Changing the player's number at the same time would be considered a modification and require a new purchase.
If the wrong product size was produced compared with the size ordered, correcting the size would be part of the reprint because the size itself was the production error.
The distinction is based on what needs to change to correct the production issue, not on whether the replacement product must be manufactured again from scratch.
