Complimentary reprints correct an approved production issue; they do not provide an opportunity to change selections from the original order. Unless a change is necessary to correct the approved production issue, a reprint will retain the original product, size, design, colors, names, numbers, personalization, and other customer-selected options. Changes unrelated to the production issue are considered modifications to the original order and require a new purchase.
If a jersey is approved for reprint because a graphic was produced incorrectly, that graphic may be corrected. The customer cannot also change the jersey size, player name, number, colors, or other selections that were produced as originally ordered.
