I uploaded a vector file, why is it still charging me for vectorization?

Two main causes: 

• A raster image was saved with a vector file extension. Changing the file extension does not actually vectorize the artwork.
• Your primarly vector file has a raster artifact(s) lingering in your file. This will trigger our vectorization fee.

We charge a ont-time fee of $15 for our vectorization service.

If your logo is already in a proper layered vector format and you are still being charged, contact Customer Support so we can review the file and report the false negative.
